Meet the 4see Board
Mike has experience working at a senior level across multiple business sectors and was a founding Director of 4see in 2004.
Trained in Marketing, he held a number of commercial roles, ultimately becoming Sales and Marketing Director of one of the UK’s leading Healthcare organisations.
Mike has led teams in several challenging operational environments and in 2002 he joined the compliance industry as Group Operations Director of one of the UK’s leading players.
Gavin has led a number of multi-disciplinary teams in leading organisations throughout the compliance industry.
In his own right Gavin is an extremely experienced and qualified health and safety professional having worked with some of the biggest companies in the world.
Gavin heads up the delivery of all 4see services in the UK and Europe and is a founding Director.
Leigh was a founding Director of 4see in 2004 and since that time has been instrumental in driving the integration and growth of the company’s new business streams and ventures.
Holding multiple degrees and having worked in various different countries he has significant international experience and knowledge.
Leigh leads the continued growth and innovation of 4see in all our markets, as well as managing our operation in the UAE/MENA Region.
Shain joins the board in 2017 after having been involved with the 4see Finance department for a number of years prior.
He brings over 25 years of finance experience, working in different market sectors for companies ranging in size from SME's to major PLC's.
Shain currently oversees the Finance, HR and IT functions of the business.
Meet the Senior Management Team
Carole joined 4see in 2007 and has responsibility for all of the HR processes and systems related to employees in 4see. She supports the management team by providing human resource advice, reports and decisions as required.
Carole has held senior roles to director level in her previous career and is a key figure within 4see.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT/HEAD OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Chris joined 4see in 2008 as a Senior Consultant and Trainer providing high level health and safety support across a number of occupational sectors to prestigious clients in both the UK and abroad. He delivers high level training courses to a diverse range of delegates including directors and senior managers in SME and blue chip companies.
Chris leads the Training Team and is responsible for ensuring that all courses are delivered to a high standard.
Danny is responsible for the health and safety team at 4see and is one of the team’s longest serving members joining the company in 2006.
Danny has over fifteen years’ experience in health and safety and is well versed in the various disciplines 4see offer.
During his career Danny has successfully forged working relations with numerous clients and safety professionals alike and is a key figure within 4see.
DIVISIONAL MANAGER – ASBESTOS
Vashti is responsible for asbestos delivery within 4see. She manages the day to day activities of the asbestos team and ensures that all clients engaging these services are managed effectively. She is also responsible for the management of the 4see internal quality system to comply with UKAS requirements.
Vashti has considerable experience in the project management of asbestos removal projects including the production of removal specifications. She creates, implements and audits quality systems within organisations and develops policies, procedures and management plans.
